Laurie Light is a Priestess of Avalon initiate with Embodied Mystery School and Multidimensional Healing Arts Practitioner based in Mount Shasta, CA. Laurie is trauma-informed and specializes in supporting women’s’ discovery of what’s holding them back, releasing “dis-ease,” opening up creativity, and moving beyond limiting beliefs, habits and behaviors.

House of Light and Sound is dedicated to creating a sacred sanctuary where healing, remembrance, and transformation unfold. Rooted in the mystical energies of Mount Shasta, my mission is to support the mind, body, and soul through intuitive, heart-centered practices that awaken the divine light within.
I offer a harmonious blend of ancient wisdom and modern healing arts such as my signature "Soulssage" VibroAcoustic experience (a fusion of intention, breathwork, VibroAcoustic therapy, Reiki and crystals), VoiceBio, Past Life Regression, Guided Breathwork, and Intuitive Energy work with crystals.
Through these sacred modalities, I guide individuals to release energetic blockages, rediscover their soul's truth, and align with their highest purpose. Every session at House of Light and Sound is infused with intention, love, and a deep commitment to holistic well-being and spiritual awakening.
Rising Light Retreats - Private Getaway
At Rising Light Retreats, guests are welcomed into a deeply personal and transformational journey. Held at the Light Family's private estate just 15 mins from downtown Mt. Shasta, this intimate sanctuary offers a powerful setting for awakening, remembering, and rising into your divine truth.
These small group retreats are for women interested in transformative journeys with sound healings, shamanic drum journeys, guided breathwork, tea ceremonies, delicious organic meals and sacred ceremonies in nature.
At Rising Light Retreats, our mission is to provide a sanctuary for women to nourish their spirits, foster deep connections, and embark on transformative journeys back home to themselves.
