Laure Light is a Mindfulness-Based Practitioner, Lightweaver and Multi-Galactic Starseed based in the San Francisco Bay Area and Mount Shasta vicinity.
Expand your consciousness, clear stagnant energy and raise your vibration through the unique healing modalities of Multidimensional (Past Life) Regression, VibroAcoustic Therapy with optional Celluma Light Therapy, Guided Breathwork Journeys, Sound and Sacred Anointing Oil Ceremonies, Cacao Ceremonies, and Cannabis-Enhanced Meditation Ceremonies.
This is embodied, co-creative work between Client and Practitioner. As a Trauma-Informed Guide, I specialize in supporting women’s’ discovery of what’s holding them back, releasing “dis-ease,” opening up creativity, and moving beyond limiting beliefs, habits and behaviors.
These ceremonies and journeys are an opportunity to remember who you are, a way to come back home to yourself. For some this may feel like release (crying, shaking, body sensations), while others may have a more visual imaginal experience, experience ecstatic bliss, or all of the above.
I offer myself as a nourishing, supportive guide, to help you foster a deeper connection with your Higher Self and Divine Mother.

NOTE: As of March 2024, I have closed my SF Bay Area Studio to begin a new part time life in the Mount Shasta vicinity. Past Life Regressions are available online via Zoom. Other offerings are available in person at a mutually agreed upon location.

Guided Breathwork Journey
We're living in an age where we're busier than ever and disconnected from our bodies, its easy for us to become buried in feelings and emotions that we don't know how to deal with or process. For many of us, the norm is being constantly stressed, anxious, worried or overwhelmed. Breathwork allows us to be still, be with ourselves, and breathe and feel through our experiences.
Intentional breathing allows the body to shift, release stuck emotions and tension and move into altered states of consciousness, giving us access to deep healing.
I am Pause Breathwork certified and love long, deep breaths with top & bottom holds. Slow deep breaths shift us into slow deep thoughts, and that is where we can harness our magic.

Cannabis-Enhanced Meditation Ceremony

Cannabis-Enhanced Meditation Ceremonies are sacred, legal and safe experiences that use cannabis as the sacrament of choice to elicit amazing results.
Combining ancient ceremonial, alchemical and mindfulness techniques with modern transpersonal theory and evocative music sets to create a doorway to experiencing deeply transformational psychedelic journeys using cannabis sativa.
When used skillfully, and with the right set and setting, cannabis has the ability to shapeshift into other psychedelics. Cannabis-Enhanced Meditation Ceremonies are designed to elicit such experiences. The primary difference being a greater sense of agency and safety.
These ceremonies are intended for 1 to 2 people, or in a small group setting with additional sitters. Cannabis is more powerful than many believe Her to be, and here, we revere her Power. The experience is followed by sharing, personal reflection, snacks, and other intentional integration processes.
