After a brief grounding meditation to center your body and quiet your mind, you’ll lie down on the vibroacoustic sound bed and be immersed in low-frequency vibration and ambient sound designed to soothe the nervous system and support energetic realignment.

Options include 20 min, 30 mins and 40 min sessions.

Perfect for first-time guests, nervous system resets, or those seeking a peaceful pause.
